Research to Production
For the last year, we’ve been an integral partner in the visual design for the PyTorch open-source machine learning framework for the expanding ML developer community.
The PyTorch team asked us to reimagine their visual expression, from the logo and mark to event design and illustrations that help take complex ideas and simplify them into clear, easy-to-understand concepts.
We created a brand system that leverages simple objects and shapes to contain complex ideas. Breaking down the mathematical concepts and industry applications into simple, intuitive experiences
We worked with members of the core team to focus on the project’s visual presence in the world to build a recognizable brand that resonates with the existing and emerging ML developer audience.
Over a series of launches, programs, and many events, we created a set of visual inspirations and guidelines to carry the expression consistently across print, digital, and experiential applications.
PyTorch Hackathon
We helped design and execute a full experience at the Pytorch 2019 Hack-A-Thon, extending the brand across print, digital, and in-room touchpoints.
PyTorch Video We designed and co-authored a short animation to help tell the story of Pytorch and AI, creating a range of illustrations, design assets, and key story artifacts.
